David Stottlemyer founded Overhead Door Company of Sarasota in 1961. David’s son purchased the company in 1992 and has kept the family business growing and improving with new technologies and products. Due to our years of experience, our competitors cannot match the excellent service and level of knowledge that our company provides. Our employees have been with us an average of 10 or more years (with some who have been with us over 25 years). 

All of our technicians are IDA-certified. Certification from the International Door Association means you will be working with professionals who meet our industry's highest standards.
